Bree Cochran is the founder and owner of The Vent Human Performance Center. A former two-sport collegiate athlete in volleyball and track & field, Bree has spent more than 15 years helping people move better, get stronger, and build confidence through purposeful training.
What started as personal training after college quickly grew into a passion for helping people improve not just their fitness, but their quality of life. Today, Bree’s philosophy centers on building sustainable habits through movement, mobility, strength, nutrition, and community. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, getting back into exercise, training for sport, or simply wanting to feel better in everyday life, her goal is always the same: help people become stronger, healthier, and more capable.
Bree has earned certifications including CrossFit Level 2, Precision Nutrition Level 1, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), The Ready State Mobility Specialist, and USA Weightlifting Level 1. She is passionate about continuing her education and bringing the latest evidence-based coaching methods to The Vent.
When she’s not coaching, Bree enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and continuously learning new ways to help people live healthier, more active lives.
